1. No Physical Delivery
Packages purchased from SoloRota are digital education services and digital content.
Accordingly, there is no shipping, dispatch or physical delivery. You are not asked for a delivery address and no shipping fee is charged.
The performance under the agreement consists entirely of services and content provided electronically.
2. Electronic Provision of the Service
The service is provided over the internet through the following components:
- A digital learning environment accessed through your membership account
- Digital lesson content, questions and tests
- Online live lesson sessions where included in the package
- Guidance from a teacher or education adviser
- Progress tracking and parent reporting
Which of these components are provided depends on the package you purchase and is shown on the relevant package page and in the Order Summary.
3. After Payment
Once your payment is approved:
- Your order is recorded and an order number is generated.
- Your order details are sent to the email address provided during the order.
- The SoloRota team contacts you using the details you provided to assess the student's level, goals and a suitable study plan.
- Depending on the package, teacher matching and lesson planning are carried out.
If the payment fails, no order is created, no amount is collected and no service obligation arises.
4. Account and Panel Access
Where the package includes access to the digital platform, access is assigned to your membership account.
Access details are sent to the email address you provided during the order. By signing in to your account you can reach the student/parent panel and the content included in your package.
Access remains open for the period determined for the package, as stated on the relevant package page.
You must keep your access credentials confidential. If the account is shared with third parties, measures under the Terms of Use and Membership Agreement may be applied.
5. Activation and Preparation
A short preparation stage is carried out so that the service can be started appropriately for the student. During this stage:
- The student's grade level, goals and current situation are assessed.
- A learning path and study plan are created.
- If the package includes live lessons, teacher matching is carried out.
- Availability for lesson days and times is confirmed.
This stage is necessary so that the service can be tailored to the student and is completed depending on how quickly contact is established with you.
6. Communication with Parent and Student
Where the student is under eighteen years of age, the process is conducted with the parent or legal representative.
Notices regarding lesson planning, progress reporting and process management are sent using the parent/student contact details provided during the order.
If your contact details change, you must request an update through our support channels.
7. Live Lesson Planning
Where the package includes live lessons:
- Lesson days and times are agreed mutually, taking into account student, parent and teacher availability.
- Lesson duration and the total number of lessons vary by package and are shown on the package page.
- Requests to cancel or reschedule a planned lesson must be submitted a reasonable time in advance.
- If the student does not attend without prior notice, that lesson may be treated as a used lesson entitlement.
- Where a lesson is cancelled by the teacher or prevented by a technical issue, it is rescheduled at no additional cost.
8. Start of Service and Package Duration
The service is deemed to have started once access to digital content is opened, or the first lesson or guidance session included in the package has taken place.
The package duration is the period stated on the relevant package page and begins to run from the start of the service.
Entitlements not used during the package period generally end when the period expires. Requests to freeze or extend the period on justified grounds — such as illness or an examination period — are assessed when submitted through our support channels.
9. Technical Access Issues
An internet connection and an up-to-date browser are required to access digital content. Packages with live lessons additionally require a working microphone, speakers and preferably a camera.
If you experience an access problem originating from the Platform, please contact our support channels. Time lost until the issue is resolved is not deducted from your service period, and affected lessons are rescheduled at no additional cost.
Issues arising from your own device, internet connection or software do not mean that the service has not been performed; our support team nevertheless provides reasonable technical guidance in such cases.
Where possible, advance notice is given before planned maintenance.
10. Effects of Incorrect or Incomplete Contact Details
The email address and telephone number provided during the order are the primary channels used to start the service.
If these details are incorrect, incomplete or out of date:
- Access details may not reach you;
- We may be unable to contact you for lesson planning;
- The start of the service may be delayed.
SoloRota cannot be held responsible for delays arising from this. If you notice that your details are incorrect, you may request an update through our support channels.
11. Customer Support Channels
You may submit requests regarding orders, access, lesson planning and technical matters through the channels listed on the Contact page.
Providing your order number and the contact details used when ordering helps your request to be concluded more quickly.
12. When the Service Is Deemed Performed
The service is deemed to have been performed where:
- Access to the digital content included in the package has been opened and made available for the package period;
- The lessons and guidance services included in the package have been delivered as planned;
- The student has been given the opportunity to attend the lessons notified and mutually agreed.
If the student fails to attend planned lessons without justification and without prior notice, those lessons may be deemed performed.
If you consider that the service has not been performed properly, you may exercise your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 and apply under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
